金危危，1971年8月出生于沅陵县，现任天津农学院校党委常委、副校长。他在1993年7月毕业于湖南农业大学，获得学士，2001年8月毕业于武汉大学，获得博士学位。2006年7月，金危危成为中国农业大学植物遗传育种学系的教授和博士生导师。他在多个学术期刊担任编委，包括《Chromosome Research》《作物学报》《The Crop Journal》以及《中国农业大学学报》。此外，他还是亚洲动植物染色体研讨会的国际执委。
1993年7月毕业于湖南农业大学，获学士学位。
2001年8月毕业于武汉大学，获博士学位。
2002年2月～2004月12月：美国威斯康星大学，博士后（Research Associate)。
2005年1月～2006年6月：美国威斯康星大学，助理研究员(Assistant Scientist)。
2006年7月～ 中国农业大学，教授、博士生导师。
2021年11月～ 天津农学院副院长（试用期一年）。
现任天津农学院校党委常委、副校长。
2021年11月，天津市人民政府决定任命：金危危任天津农学院副院长（试用期一年）。
2023年10月，拟任市属高校正职。
